Popis: | Antileprosy activity of dialkyldithiocarbamate derivatives was studied in experiments on mice infected with M. leprae into paw pads. We found that 2-diethyldithiocarbamoyl-3-cyano-5-nitropyridine is the most promising antileprosy agent; it effectively suppresses multiplication of M. leprae and is well tolerated under conditions of chronic animal experiment. |
