This document relates to the ‘Scope of the National Open Access Monitor’ section of the ‘National Open Access Monitor Survey: Defining Requirements’ which was carried out between February 2-28th 2023 under the National Open Access MonitorProject. Thedocument details the logic behind the opening proposal for the scope of theNational Open Access Monitor.Thislogic was detailed within the survey and respondents were invited to agree or disagree and propose an alternative.
