Effect of an intermittent training program in the agility of indoor professional players of Chiquinquirá Esmeraldas F.S.C

Popis: The objective of the present study was to analyze the effect of the intermittent training program with emphasis on the agility of the soccer players of the club Chiquinquirá Esmeraldas F.S.C. 24 players divided into 12 players in the control group and 12 players in the experimental group that trained with the intermittent training program in agility participated. With a sociodemographic description of the experimental group (25.33 ± 4.868 years) (1.74 ±, 0699cm) (69.75 ± 7.287 Kg), and the control group (21.42 ± 1.975 years) (1.6908 ± 0) , 06829 cm) (64.7500 ± 2.89592 Kg) belonging to the Chiquinquirá Esmeraldas FCS professional club of Chiquinquirá. All players had previous GE training experience of (5.58 ± 4.814 years), the GC of (2.42 ± 0.515). To measure agility, the Illinois test was used; The intervention was performed for 8 weeks, with 3 weekly sessions lasting 20 minutes each. The data was analyzed with the statistical program SPSS v.2. The results in the experimental group of the pre- and pos showed that P = 0.002
