The COVID-19 crisis has accelerated digital transformation in all sectors of activity, and several digital start-ups have witnessed an increase in their revenues as a result. Our study aims to explore the post-COVID-19 vision of digital start-ups in Morocco, which have become significant contributors to the national economy. We conducted an exploratory study with four digital start-ups to gain insights into their perspectives. To accomplish this, we adopted the multiple case study method as part of an exploratory qualitative study. As a key finding of our study, start-ups emphasized the importance of rethinking their management and solutions by developing a genuine prevention strategy.
