Popis: | The synthesis of optically active lipopeptide derivatives has been accomplished by the use of chiral glycerol derivatives. Lipopeptide derivatives with (R)-glycerol moieties showed higher mitogenic activities than those with the (S)-configuration. N-2, 2, 2-Trichloroethoxycarbonyl lipopeptide derivatives increased mitogenic activity. |
