Popis: | 1. (1)|Aflatoxin B 1 inhibits viral DNA-directed DNA, DNA-directed RNA and RNA-directed RNA synthesis. 2. (2)|In aflatoxin B 1 -treated HeLa cells, in which cellular protein synthesis is inhibited, synthesis of vaccinia DNA polymerase is unaffected. This indicates that the ribosomes derived from polysome disaggregation by aflatoxin B 1 retain their functional capacity. |
