Popis: | To investigate serum endocan levels in pregnant subjects with and without pre-eclampsia. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 49 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia and 32 healthy pregnant women matched for gestational age. Maternal levels of serum endocan were measured with the use of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit.
