Popis: | Absent renal perfusion on a Tc-99m DTPA radionuclide study was observed in a patient with acute tubular necrosis following rhabdomyolysis. Complete recovery was achieved with conservative treatment. Absence of renal perfusion does not indicate a nonviable kidney. |
