| Popis: | Metastatic tumours are only rarely seen within the testis. We report a signet-ring cell carcinoma of stomach metastasizing to a maldescended testis in a young male. The routes of spread are discussed and support is given to the theory of transperitoneal (transcoelemic) spread. The similarities with Krukenberg tumour of ovary are discussed. |
