These proteins signify how the resistant genotypes of S. bicolor ICSV700 and IS2205 manifest their resistance to insect pests and the susceptible genotype Swarna cannot. Supplementary Table 3. Gene-specific primers used for the qRT-PCR analysis of selected candidate genes of S. bicolor plants induced by wounding and C. partellus extract. The gene expression analysis focuses on the early response (3 h to 24 h) by S. bicolor to the inductions.
