Popis: | The central neural distribution of radiolabeled lead nitrate (210Pb) and total lead concentrations were investigated in adult pigs after intravenous injection of the tracer. Control animals were fed ad libitum, whereas lead encephalopathy was induced by feeding other animals 165 mg lead carbonate daily for 6 days. Lead was not detected in choroid plexus (CP).
