Popis:	The synthesis of three acetylene functionalized BODIPY dyes is described. These dyes are used to fluorescently modify an azido functionalized epoxomicin analogue employing the Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition, resulting in a panel of fluorescent epoxomicin derived proteasome probes.
