| Popis: | A case of bilateral mastoiditis with subperiosteal abscesses complicating acute otitis media in a two and a half year old girl is presented. Contrast enhanced computerized tomography confirmed the diagnosis of right lateral sinus thrombosis. The aetiology, diagnosis and management of these conditions are discussed. |
