Popis:	Mycotic aneurysms of the coronary artery are extremely uncommon and can be very difficult to diagnose. We report a unique case of a mycotic aneurysm of the left anterior descending coronary artery with a history of two-vessel off-pump coronary artery bypass graft surgery 9 months previously. The aneurysmectomy was successful.
