Popis: | Summary A randomised double-blind trial comparing morphine and buprenorphine for intra-operative and postoperative analgesia combined with droperidol was conducted in 60 patients. Compared with morphine, taken as the standard analgesic, buprenorphine was shown to be a satisfactory analgesic for major surgery, with no difference in the incidence of unwanted effects. |
