| Popis: | In a 57-year-old man, a suspected incarcerated left inguinal hernia proved to be multifocal dedifferentiated liposarcoma of the spermatic cord. Radical orchiectomy and wide excision were performed, but marginal biopsies were positive for tumour. Radiotherapy was given. |
