| Popis: | We report the finding of a rare diagnosis of a duodenal duplication cyst (DDC) resulting in malignancy. Duplication cysts are rare entities in itself but less than 5% arise from duodenum. Our case represents a rare case, but high suspicion and early resection may have prevented associated complications. |
