Popis:	Purpose: Few studies have investigated the relationship between traumatic injury and mental health in children with low socioeconomic status. Our objective was to compare mental health diagnoses before and after unintentional, non-fatal traumatic injuries in a managed-Medicaid population. Methods: We investigated children ages < 18 years treated for injuries at an American College of Surgeons verified pediatric trauma center between 2005 and 2015.
