Popis: | In our study, troponin I was not a predictor of cardiac events and a negative troponin I test did not exclude the presence of severe coronary artery disease. A positive troponin I test in patients with unstable angina identified a subgroup with probable, more active coronary disease (with higher levels of C-reactive protein). |
