| Popis: | Diffuse subcortical MRI signal abnormalities were seen during a subacute exacerbation in a patient with Hashimoto's encephalopathy. The patient had an excellent clinical response to corticosteroids. Clinical recovery paralleled normalization of MRI abnormalities and lowering of thyroid microsomal antibody titer. |
