Popis: Passage of the Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968 marked the beginning of a new era in the relationship between Federal health authorities and the electronic products industry. The Act establishes the authority of the Federal government to issue radiation safety performance standards for commercial electronic products and to require manufacturers to correct product defects relating to radiation safety.
