The treatment of the sequels was achieved by upper lip reconstruction with a transposition flap (Abbé flap) with the nutrition pedicle from the inferior labial artery, obturating removable over-denture to achieve fistulae closure and finally sagittal split mandibular ramus osteotomy for correction of mandibular prognathism.
