Popis:	The article presents data illustrating the high clinical efficacy and safety of using an injectable form of paracetamol. The use of strong analgesic of Infulgan («Yuria-Pharm», Ukraine) is real and safe, as evidenced by the results of the research. Analgesia with preservation of consciousness during the sessions of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) can be done via the Central intravenous analgesia intravenous form of paracetamol. It extends the capabilities of the ambulatory ESWL and quality of patient care.
