Popis: | A female preterm infant of 25 weeks gestation and birth weight of 760 g was noted to have prominent clitoris at the age of 4 months (postconceptional age 41 weeks). Detailed genital examination revealed oedema of the vulva, pubic area and upper thighs, giving the appearance of clitoromegaly (figure 1A,B). Vaginal and urethral openings were separate.
