| Popis: | MLN4924 does not impair stroma viability or CD40L expression. Stromal cells were seeded in a 96 well plate at 5x104 cells/well and the next day treated with the indicated concentrations of MLN4924 in triplicate for 48 hours. Cell lysates were subjected to caspase activity measurement and immunoblotting. |
