Popis: Checks on baseline differences in randomized controlled trials (RCTs) are often done using null-hypothesis significance tests (NHSTs). However, the use of NHSTs to establish the degree of baseline similarity is inappropriate, potentially misleading, and, simply, logically incoherent.
