The micronucleus assay (MN), which has been in use for about 40 years, has grown to be one of the most widely used techniques for evaluating the genotoxicity of various chemical and physical variables, including DNA damage brought on by ionizing radiation. The review process includes PRISMA guidelines for systematic review was used. To make sure they were appropriate for inclusion, selected abstracts were examined. The studies reveal that Micronuclei as significant in prediction studies in the future as one of the most trustworthy, well-respected, and practical genotoxicity tests.
