Popis:	Cyclophosphazene-substituted siloxanes and silanes are prepared by the method of hydrosilylation, starting from allylderivatized cyclophosphazenes and hydrosiloxanes or hydrosilanes in the presence of a platinum catalyst. Steric and electronic effects govern the course of the reaction.
