Popis: Authors of a research state a hypothesis of need of formation and development of practical psychological system of improvement of quality of the higher education in the conditions of information technologies which can become the basic instrument of growth of the level (quality) of the active introduction of information technologies, highest in conditions, a subject of article is the structure and tools of practical psychological system of improvement of quality of the higher education, subject of article is the psychological system of the higher education, for work achievement of the goal — improvement of quality of the higher education is investigated and specified concepts of psychology of the higher education, structure of psychology of the higher education, influence of clip thinking on psychology of the higher school is described, tools are investigated (feeling; perception; memory; imagination; thinking) the practical psychological system of the higher education, psychological methods of decrease in influence of clip thinking on quality of education are offered, the specifics of psychology of motivation of subjects of system of the higher education are investigated, the psychology of assimilation of knowledge and psychological aspects of self-updating of subjects of psychology of training in process and the interests of synthesis of new knowledge in educational process is investigated, the specifics are investigated, by results of the conducted express research the thesis that the lecturer, the scientific and pedagogical worker isn’t perceived only as a source of basic knowledge for students any more is experimentally confirmed, a variety of interests of students can be interpreted as confirmation of growth of the importance of a psychological factor in modern higher education, is shown that information technologies have led to complication of structure of psychological system of the higher education, which according to the conducted survey includes seven elements, such elements as assimilation of basic knowledge are a part of structure of psychological system; mastering methods of an increment (increase) of knowledge; mastering creative receptions, including methods of creative self-updating; mastering skills and methods of drawing up documentation and presentations; mastering receptions of public professional reports; assimilation and improvement of skills and receptions of the argument of a position in business communication; improvement of skills of personal contact in the professional environment for the purpose of expansion of social communications.
