This complementary document offers a catalog prepared as a technical informative guide for scientific dissemination for the five selected products: disposable plates, bags, bioplastic utensils, hydraulic cement, and wallpaper. The guide provides information for bio-entrepreneurs indicating what could be manufactured and how to produce it using banana waste, based on plantations of no more than 30 hectares and with community management. We pre-sent an infographic and a technical guide for each one of the se-lected products including practical information about equipment and budget. |
