Popis: | Magnetic and nuclear gamma resonance (NGR) parameters of EuO:Fe composites are studied. Their properties really meet the requirements imposed on the use of them as spin injectors in semiconductor spin-electronic structures capable of operating under normal conditions at room temperatures. |
