Popis: | We report a second case of mesangial IgG glomerulonephritis recurrence after kidney allograft transplantation. Mesangial IgG glomerulonephritis is considered a distinct glomerulonephritis. To date, only 1 recurrence after transplantation has been reported. In the present case, recurrence occurred 3 months after transplantation, following an acute rejection episode. Three sequential graft biopsies describe the onset of glomerular lesions. |
