Popis: Indonesia is not a religious but nor a secular country. As a country that is based on Pancasila, Indonesian Muslims are slowly but surely given role color in development, especially the development in the field of religion. New phenomenon already showed a significant tendency in the case of the relationship of Muslims and the State, especially in the field of social and political life. Various interests of Muslims people who are increasingly accommodated by the government. At the beginning of the New Order, the Muslim political activists get fresh air as their “elan vital” recover to its full been active on the national political stage. Enthusiasm and optimism this is what makes sense suppose because they do have a very significant contribution in the Old Order regime toppled along ABRI and students, through their organizations. Things far more important than that is how Islam in substanstiate articulation context of its teachings provide a wider meaning and enjoyment by the people of Indonesia in pluralistis by the ideologue, Muslim activists, political thinkers intelektualis and until Islam really appear as rahmatanlil 'âlamîn.
