| Popis: | A safe, simple and reliable technique for percutaneous renal biopsy in children has been described. Specimens adequate for pathologic interpretation were obtained in 97 patients. Significant complications (gross hematuria lasting more than 36 hours, severe pain, perirenal mass or unexplained fever) occurred in 8 patients. No secondary operations or transfusions were required. No mortailty or late complications occurred. |
