Popis: Poloxamers─triblock copolymers consisting of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) and poly(propylene oxide) (PPO)─have demonstrated cell membrane stabilization efficacy against numerous types of stress. However, the mechanism responsible for this stabilizing effect remains elusive, hindering engineering of more effective therapeutics.
