Popis:	SUMMARY A sporotrichoid-like Mycobacterium kansasii infection of the skin is reported. This is the fifth reported case in the English literature of dermatological manifestations of a M. kansasii infection and the first reported case of a response to minocycline hydrochloride therapy.
