Popis: In an organization, every leader has his own leadership style. In carrying out their duties, a leader uses the leadership style he has. To be able to achieve an effective goal it is important to consider the leadership style used, because it can affect employee job satisfaction. When employees are satisfied with their leaders, they will be happy to accept their assignments and will make it easier to achieve the desired goals. For this reason leaders must pay attention to employee job satisfaction through the leadership style he uses.
