Popis:	Gastric cancer is resectable in a fifth of newly diagnosed stages. Resection induces additional sarcopenia , along with preoperative loss due to gastric malignancy itself. Based on a rather small patients series, the current ERAS nutritional protocol was not enough of completely reverse these events. Adding parenteral pre/perioperative nutrition might be an option.
