Popis: | Immunodiffusion and immunofluorescence tests were used to investigate cross-reactions between EB virus of man and the agent of Marek's disease of chickens, both herpesviruses associated with lymphoproliferative disorders in their respective host species. The positive reactions found were restricted to the homologous system, and no cross-reactivity or evidence of antigenic relation was found. |
