Popis: Results of laboratory experiments conducted to provide data on accuracy of Palmer-Bowlus flume; coefficient of discharge for flumes and hydraulic aspects of Venturi flow, such as energy criteria, channel slope, submergence, and velocity of approach, are discussed; results show influence of various flume dimensions such as throat length, side slope, base height, transitions, and point of depth measurement on accuracy of flume.
