Popis:	The title compound, [PdBr(C26H43N4O2P2)], a so-called palladium pincer complex, is a very efficient catalyst for the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction. The Pd atom exhibits a distorted square-planar coordination, typical for PdII complexes.
