| Popis: | This study explored why nurses enjoy and seek involvement in their work. Nurses from inpatient and outpatient units were surveyed. Results indicated that prior involvement, and meaningful involvement, served to predict further teamwork. Recommendations were made to the nurse leader who wished to promote increased work involvement. |
