| Popis: | A digital data storage and processing technique was used in 75Se methionine pancreatic studies in 62 patients. In 26 of these subtraction images were obtained. Diagnosis was correct in 42 of 45 studies interpreted as normal. Space-occupying lesions were found in 9 of 12 cases of abnormal scan. There was 1 technical failure. Twenty-one of the 62 patients underwent arteriography; in 15 the interpretations of the two studies were the same, but in 1 of the 15 both diagnoses were wrong. In 4 patients scans were correct and angiograms wrong; in 2 angiograms were correct and scans wrong. |
