Popis: The First World War devastated the human workforce through death and invalidity and caused a massive destruction of infrastructure and material in South East Europe. Its economies underwent a major setback from an already unfavorable situation. In addition, Romania and Yugoslavia faced huge problems in the processes of economic integration, resulting in misunderstanding and confusion. Post-war agrarian reforms carried out in all South East European countries had all the characteristics of land redistribution but did not have any plans to enhance the economic efficiency of the agricultural sector.
