Dependency on technologies is one of current tendencies. Digitalization development and spreading call for immediate reaction from the civil society, its recognition as one of the main challenges to education, higher education included. To foster its introduction, one needs new theoretical and practical decisions that delineate principles, and regularities in digital technologies development and affect the efficiency of law enforcement under the conditions of digital transformation of the world. Digitalization is a priority area in ensuring a country’s competitiveness in the present globalized world.
