Popis: | With major advancements in treatments for multiple myeloma (MM), it is critical that we evaluate our methods for both diagnosing MM and monitoring its progression over time. Imaging methods, such as conventional skeletal x-ray, low-dose whole-body CT, MRI, and PET-CT, provide valuable information that influences our clinical decision-making. In this review, we will evaluate the role of these imaging techniques throughout the MM disease course, from diagnosis to follow-up after therapy, and also provide appropriate recommendations. |
