Popis: | Male sexual dysfunctions are common conditions encountered in general as well as special clinics. However, their clinical recognition, proper diagnosis, and management remain delayed due to several factors related to patient and clinician. Currently there are several effective and useful treatment strategies for male sexual dysfunctions. Psychoeducation, couple therapies, mindfulness-based strategies, directed masturbation, Kegel exercise, start-stop technique, squeeze technique and using psychological interventions, and lifestyle intervention are some of the techniques employed to manage male sexual disorders. The evidence base for many non-pharmacological techniques is far from convincing. However, they are often utilized in clinical scenarios empirically. {"references":["Abdel-Hamid, I.A., El Naggar, E.A. and El Gilany, A.H. (2001).
