MoNS is responsible for designing and implementing upPE-T Communication and Awareness Plan (CAP), but all consortium partners are involved in it. This deliverable details the updated communication plan, aiming at raising awareness of as many relevant actors as possible on the activities and results derived from the project in order to: promote and position the project upcoming results; reach and involve relevant stakeholders in order to support the communication of the project as well as the community engagement, the dissemination and subsequently the exploitation activities too. The channels considered in the communication plan are: designing the project’s corporate identity, social media channels, official website, promotional materials (brochure, flyers, posters), media relations and newsletters. Since the first submission of the communication and awareness plan in April 2021, several meetings with project partners regarding communication activities and the engagement of stakeholders have taken place and partners’ comments have been incorporated in the CAP. These include the set-up of Facebook and Instagram account for the project that have been included in the social media channels of the Plan, as well as the need to develop a pop-up and an A3 brochure for communication events. The revised CAP also includes the updated sections of the project’s website regarding its content and minor changes within its structure. Progress achieved so far is included in the KPIs section of the plan. It outlines the hits on the website, the number of press releases, as well as the social media impact in terms of followers and reposts. |
