Popis: | This article reviews how to create a quality improvement (QI) reporting system for a multiple subspecialty pediatric clinic that is part of an acute pediatric facility in a major metropolitan area. The history of the facility, the needs of the organization, and areas that could be developed to create a comprehensive QI program are described. Examples of the data and format of QI studies are presented as well as future plans for continuing program development. |
