Popis: | Glycemic Index (GI) is a measure of carbohydrate quality and is recognised as a valid and reproducible method of classifying carbohydrate foods according to its effects on postprandial glycaemia. In this randomised crossover trial (RBR-7rjx3k) we determined the GI of nine enteral formulas, following the Food and Agriculture Organisation/World Health Organisation method.
